The principles in this book really do apply to both genders regarding body recomposition. The diet works. Unfortunately, I deviated from the type of diet in the book to more frequent eating and started to gain weight thinking frequent eating would lower cortisol levels.

Besides, the best diet is the one that you can stick to, and I can with this plan as it comes naturally to me. Needless to say, I am going back to this diet plan so I can start to lose body fat again, as I have a lot to loose. The exercise portion is great even for women! Women also need to train hard and heavy if they want to change the composition of their body, unless she wants to be skinny fat.

I may not want a full six pack, but I definitely want some definition.
