October 19th, 2011 |People usually write letters because they are disappointed with a service or product. On the other hand, our letter is rather the contrary. We were so very delighted by the support that employees at Sleepys gave to us not too long ago, that we felt it warranted a letter of commendation from us.
We stopped into the Sleepys store and purchased a mattress. From the onset, our salesperson was courteous, patient and informative regarding which mattress we may be interested in. Unfortunately, we had to exchange the mattress for other mattresses, not once, but three times. Take into account that we are professional people and do not make a habit of exchanging items we purchase.
This seemed to be an unusual situation. We must offer to Sleepys our highest praise for their patience, kindness, consideration and, above all, the professional manner in which they treated each exchange. Never once did any of the employees appear annoyed or displeased. As a matter of fact, they were all very concerned with our choosing the correct mattress that suited our requirements. We went to Sleepys to begin with because of its reputation. However, we were very fortunate to have encountered the superior service that they afforded to us. We have suggested that anybody buying a mattress visit the Sleepys store.
